: The study protocol was submitted to the Ethics Committee of the School of Public Health of the University of Kinshasa, which gave its approval under ESP/CE 197/2020 December 2, 2020. The field surveys were carried out in strict compliance with ethical principles. The anonymity of study participants was guaranteed and confidentiality protected. Data collection activities were carried out in strict compliance with barrier measures related to the COVID-19 pandemic. Security issues were also taken into account, resulting in the replacement of two health areas by two others of the same stratum in two health zones. Furthermore, any interview that was granted started with an informed consent form, which was read and approved by the interviewee.
