: Approval Authority: Longpan Community Management Committee, Xuzhou. This survey is conducted in the form of random interviews within rural communities. The interview content involves the current status of digital device use among the elderly and their basic personal information. It does not involve biomedical or medical research, nor does it include health-related experiments; therefore, approval from a local ethics committee is not required. All participants were informed and voluntarily consented to take part in this study. The survey interviews adhere to the general principles of the Declaration of Helsinki. The interview process complies with relevant local laws and regulations on personal information protection and has been approved by the Longpan Community Management Committee.
