: Ethical clearance for this study was obtained from Addis Adaba University, Aklilu Lemma Institute of Pathobiology institutional research ethical review committee (ALIPB-IRERC) (Ref. No: ALIPB-IRERC/131/2016/24). In addition, permission was obtained from the Ministry of Health and authorized health facilities. The study utilized anonymized data extracted from Sefed database system, which records pre-migration health screening results.
