: All the methods in this study were performed in accordance with the Declaration of Helsinki. The study protocol and all related data collection and consent tools were reviewed and approved by the institutional review board of the CIUSSS de la Capitale-Nationale SPPL sector (Project # 2023–2853). Prior to enrollment, we explained the objectives and procedures of this study to the participants (both perinatal victims and HSCPs). Informed consent was obtained from all participants involved in the study.
