: This study was conducted in accordance with the ethical principles outlined in the Declaration of Helsinki. Ethical approval for this study was obtained from the Institutional Review Committee of the College of Health Sciences and Medicine, Wolaita Sodo University. Permission and support letters were also secured from the South Omo Health Department and the College. Prior to initiating interviews, informed written consent was obtained from each participant or their legal guardian. To ensure privacy, interviews were conducted in a quiet and appropriate setting. Confidentiality was maintained by excluding personal identifiers such as names, phone numbers, or other individual details from the data collection process. Participants were explicitly informed of their right to withdraw from the study at any time without consequence. Furthermore, any misconceptions regarding ASRH were clarified during the interviews, and participants’ questions, particularly about accessing healthcare, were addressed comprehensively.
