: This study was submitted to and approved by the Federal Commission for the Control and Evaluation of Euthanasia (FCCEE), the commission responsible for examining each euthanasia registration document and managing related data. Approval was granted on the 14th of May 2024. Documentation of this approval is incorporated directly into the official meeting minutes, rather than being assigned a reference number. The FCCEE oversees data collection and management. Consent to participate is waived by the Commission in accordance with Belgian regulations.
