: This study was performed in line with the principles of the Declaration of Helsinki. All methods were performed in accordance with the relevant guidelines and regulations. Informed consent was obtained from all participants as per the protocols that received ethical approval from the Institutional Review Board (IRB) at the University of Waterloo. The interviews followed a semi-structured format and were audio recorded with the consent of the interviewees. To ensure confidentiality, all interview data were anonymized, and identifying information was removed during transcription. The names of the participants were not disclosed to others. The audio recordings and transcripts were securely stored and only accessible to the research team. Each participant’s interview content was kept confidential from other participants to maintain privacy. Data were reported in aggregate form to further ensure that individual responses could not be traced back to specific participants.
