: Our research was conducted in accordance with the Declaration of Helsinki on research involving human participants. Ethical approval was obtained from the Comité National d’Éthique pour la Recherche en Santé (CNERS) of the Senegalese Ministry of Health and Social Action (No. 000223/MSAS/CNERS/SP, Dec. 23 2021) and in Belgium at the University of Liège (Dec. 2 2021). The parents/guardians of adolescents and young adults provided informed consent for their participation and that of their adolescent child aged 10–16 years. All young people (10–24 years) provided their informed consent before the start of the interview.
