: This study is a secondary analysis of data collected as part of a previously approved research protocol. The original data collection was conducted in accordance with the Declaration of Helsinki and the international ethical standards outlined by the Council for International Organizations of Medical Sciences (CIOMS) in collaboration with the World Health Organization (WHO). Ethical approval was granted by the National Health Research Ethics Committee of Cameroon (Reference: 2023/02/1945/L/CNERSH/SP), and all participants provided written informed consent prior to data collection.
