: Ethical approval for this study was obtained from the Research Ethics Committee at King Khalid University (Committee Code: HAPO-06-B-001; Approval No. KKU-21-2025-13). The study was conducted in accordance with the Declaration of Helsinki principles and national research ethics guidelines. All participants were provided with detailed information about the study objectives and procedures through an electronic information sheet before accessing the survey. Informed consent was obtained electronically from all participants before they could proceed with the questionnaire. Participation was entirely voluntary, and participants could withdraw from the study at any time before submitting their responses. No personal identifying information was collected to ensure anonymity. The collected data were used solely for research purposes, and participants were assured that their responses would be analyzed and reported only in aggregate form.
