: This retrospective study using anonymized patient data was conducted in line with the Declaration of Helsinki (1964) and its later amendments or comparable ethical standards. Informed consent was not required in accordance with Turkish national regulations and institutional policies, as no identifiable personal data were used. The study protocol was approved by the Non-Interventional Clinical Research Board of Eskişehir Osmangazi University. To ensure confidentiality, each case was assigned a numerical code, and the data were recorded in an SPSS file. All data were stored securely on the computer of the researcher who collected them, with no personal identifiers included at any stage.
