: The study was exempted from formal ethical review by the Centre for Clinical Expertise at the National Institute of Public Health and the Environment (RIVM) (PLG-736), because the data does not meet the criteria specified in the Law for Research Involving Human Subjects (WMO). Data privacy and data management safeguards were extensively reviewed in collaboration with the privacy officer and data manager, in accordance with institutional and legal requirements. This study has been performed in accordance with the ethical guidelines and regulations as laid down in the Declaration of Helsinki. Written informed consent was obtained from all participants via an online registration form prior to participating in the study.
