: Before conducting each interview, researchers presented participants with a study information sheet and answered any participant questions. Then, participants were asked for verbal consent to participate in the study before beginning the in-depth interview. Written consent was waived so that participants names were not attached to interview transcripts. This study was conducted in accordance with the Declaration of Helsinki and the Belmont Report.
