Ethics approval and consent to participate
: The ethics approval for this study was obtained from the Ayub Medical Teaching Hospital, Abbottabad, Institutional Medical and Ethics Review Committee (Ref.No.EA-2024/008). The study was conducted in accordance with the ethical standards of the institutional and/or national research committee and with the 1964 Helsinki Declaration and its later amendments or comparable ethical standards.
