: The study protocol was reviewed and approved by the Ethics Committee in Biomedical Research at Shiraz University of Medical Sciences (Ethics Code: CT-9376-7416). Written informed consent was obtained from all participants prior to data collection. To ensure confidentiality and data protection, all participant data were anonymized immediately after collection by assigning unique identification codes, and all electronic files were stored on a password-protected university server accessible only to the principal investigators. The research was conducted in accordance with the ethical principles outlined in the Declaration of Helsinki and adhered to the COSMIN (COnsensus-based Standards for the selection of health Measurement INstruments) guidelines to ensure methodological rigor.
