: Ethical approval was obtained from the University of Gondar, College of Medicine and Health Sciences, School of Pharmacy (Ref No: 114/2024). Written informed assent was obtained from adolescents aged < 18 years and written informed consent was obtained from their parents/guardians. Adolescents aged ≥ 18 years provided written informed consent. All participants were informed of their right to withdraw at any stage without repercussions and all data were kept confidential and anonymized. Participants who expressed distress during the interviews were referred to a mental health professional at Gondar Comprehensive Specialized Hospital.
