: Research ethics approval was obtained from the Hunter New England Local Health District’s Human Research Ethics Committee in June 2021 with approval number 2021/ETH00035, and the University of Newcastle’s Human Research Ethics Committee in 2023 with approval number H-2023-0191. As clinical services are recruited to the study, site specific approvals for these sites will be obtained. This study will be conducted according to the registered protocol. Any changes to the conduct of the study or the study documentation that affect the scientific intent, study design and patient safety, or that may affect a participant’s willingness to continue participating in the study, will be considered an amendment. Amendments to the protocol will be submitted to all HRECs and changes to the conduct of the study will only be instituted once approval is granted. Participants will be provided with a PIS upon registering to the website or completing online surveys, and their subsequent registration and/or completion of survey will imply consent. Clinicians and service managers who agree to participate in interviews will be provided with a PIS and asked to provide written consent.
