: Ethical approval was obtained from the Makerere University School of Public Health Research and Ethics Committee under reference number, REC REF SPH-2022–277.All study procedures were conducted in compliance with the Helsinki Declaration and adhered to the Declaration. Administrative permission was obtained from Ministry of Health and the participating health facilities. Written informed consent was obtained from study participants for the qualitative component of this study. For the quantitative component, we obtained de-identified data, which was kept in a password-protected computer by the study PI.Confidentiality and privacy were ensured at all levels of data collection.
