: The trial was registered prospectively at ClinicalTrial.gov with registration number NCT05467865 on 21 July 2022. The intervention was performed in accordance with the Declaration of Helsinki. The study was approved by the University of the Basque Country, UPV/EHU, Ethics Committee for Human Research (M10/2020/081, 01/07/2020). Participation in the study did not involve any risk for the participant; the only associated risk was the use of their time. Informed consent was obtained from all subjects involved in the study prior to the start of the study. Schools, teachers and parents/guardians of the children were agree to participate in the study by signing an informed consent form. Members of the research group physically collected the signed informed consents forms, which are securely stored in the department of the group. Participants' data were anonymised by assigning a code to each participant.

: The informed consent signed by schools, teachers and parents/guardians of the children included a consent to publish the results of the intervention, in general terms, in an open access journal.
