: Research and ethical clearance were obtained and granted by the Excellence in Research Ethics and Science (ERES) Converge, reference number 2023-Jan-005, and Ref No: NHRA0003/05/04/2023. Approval to conduct the research was obtained from the National Health Research Authority (NHRA) I.D Number. Clearance to use the register of Persons with Disabilities was also obtained from the Ministry of Community Development and Social Welfare.
