: The University of Iowa Institutional Review Board (ID: 202403637) and Cross River State Health Research Ethics Committee (ID: CRSMOH/HRP/REC/2023/509) granted ethical approval to conduct this study. We followed the 1964 Declaration of Helsinki. We obtained informed consent from the participants and ensured their confidentiality by using a unique identifier for each respondent. We did not collect any identifying data, such as names and home addresses. Moreover, the participants were free to opt out of the study without penalty.
