: Ethical approval for the study was obtained from the Ethical Review Board of the Nepal Health Research Council, Kathmandu, Nepal (Ref. No.: 3067). Informed written consent from the Head Teacher and parents of students, and assents from students of the selected school were taken before the pilot test. This study adhered to the Declaration of Helsinki. The confidentiality of participants and their freedom to participate or leave the study were assured. The situation of no harm, such as physical, mental, and educational harm to the participants, was maintained.
