: Ethical approval was provided by the University of Glasgow College of Medical, Veterinary and Life Sciences College Ethics Committee (project number: 2002184). Participation was voluntary, and all participants received oral and written information about the study and signed an informed consent form before participating in the focus groups. Participants were informed that they could withdraw from the study at any time, but that identifiable data already collected with consent would be retained and used in the study. Confidentiality, the anonymity of the participants and storage of research material were ensured and safeguarded. All participants provided written informed consent, and the study adhered to the principles outlined in the Declaration of Helsinki.
