: Ethical clearance was obtained from Afe Babalola University Research Ethics Committee (ABUADREC) approval number ABUADHREC/03/01/2025/550. Additional administrative approval was also obtained from the Faculty of Health Sciences, University of Abuja. Participants were provided with detailed information regarding the study’s purpose and assured that participation was voluntary, responses were confidential, and no identifying information would be linked to them. Informed consent was obtained before participation. The confidentiality of the information they gave was maintained.
