: Ethical approval for this study was obtained from the Institute of Public Health (IPH) Ethics Review Committee, Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, Nigeria (IPH/OAU/12/1951). The Osun State Ministry of Education permitted the study to be conducted. The authorities of the chosen schools also gave their approval.
