: The study was approved by the ethical committee of Gondar University with an ethical review board with an ethical review number (Reference number: Psych/42/08/2022) and submitted to each zonal health office in the study area. Study participants under the age of eighteen were asked to give written consent from their legal guardian and they were informed about their right to withdraw from the study at any time of the data collection if they felt any discomfort. By excluding personal identification, participant privacy and confidentiality were protected. All methods were performed in accordance with the relevant guidelines and regulations.
