: This research involves a secondary analysis of data sourced from the 2017/2018 Ghana Multiple Indicator Cluster Survey Six (MICS6). Due to the nature of secondary data usage, ethical clearance and participant consent were not required. However, it is noteworthy to indicate that UNICEF and the Ghana Statistical Service secured verbal consent from all respondents during the initial survey. Additionally, the authors obtained permission from the Ghana Statistical Service to utilize the data for this study, following approval of the necessary data request protocol.
