: The study was conducted in accordance with the ethical principles of the Declaration of Helsinki. Ethical approval was obtained from the Institutional Review Board of the Faculty of Medicine, Mansoura University (Approval No. R.23.09.2325.R1). Official permissions were also secured from relevant local health authorities prior to data collection. All participants were informed about the study objectives, procedures, voluntary nature of participation, and their right to withdraw at any time without penalty. Verbal informed consent was obtained from each participant before the interview, as the study involved minimal risk and non-invasive data collection. Data were collected anonymously, and confidentiality was strictly maintained throughout the research process. Only the research team had access to the dataset, which was used exclusively for academic purposes.
