: This study was approved by the University of Zambia Biomedical Research Ethics Committee (UNZABREC) REF 3601 − 2023 and the National Health Research Authority (NHRA) REF NHRA00004/12/04/2023. This research was conducted in accordance with the Declaration of Helsinki. Informed consent was obtained from the participants prior to their involvement in the study. For participants aged 18 years and older, written consent was obtained and for participants under the age of 18, both written assent from the minors and written informed consent from a parent or legal guardian were obtained. The use of special codes to identify participants allowed for the preservation of anonymity and privacy. Participation was voluntary, and no incentives were provided to the participants, ensuring that their participation was solely due to the desire to contribute scientific knowledge.
