: Ethical approval for this study was obtained from Kenyatta National Hospital and the University of Nairobi (KNH/UON) ethical committee, as well as the Boston College ethics committee. Study permit from the National Commission for Science and Technology (NACOSTI).Before data collection, written informed consent was obtained from parents or guardians of participants who were under the age of majority (below 18 years). Subsequently, the children provided their written informed assent. The minors’ parents or guardians waited outside the meeting hall while their minors participated in the FGD.Participants who were 18-19 years old also gave written informed consent before the beginning of the FGDs.
