: The study was strictly carried out following the principles of the Declaration of Helsinki. This study was approved by the Ethics Committee of Xiangya Nursing School, Central South University (Approval number: E2021134). The requirement for written informed consent was waived by the institutional review board of the Xiangya Nursing School since this study did not involve any personal identifiable data. Before and during data collection, all participants had equal access to health counseling and provided verbal informed consent. The process of data collection was in full compliance with the Chinese Center for Disease Control and Prevention Disease Management Regulations.
