: Ethical approval was provided by City, University of London Health Sciences Research Ethics Committee. All parts of the research involving human participants were conducted in line with the Declaration of Helsinki. All participants signed informed consent, and the aims of the research were explained in detail prior to taking part in the study. All data were anonymised and identifying information within transcripts was deleted prior to analysis, including businesses names. The Consolidated Criteria for Reporting Qualitative Research checklist was used to ensure transparency in reporting of the qualitative data.
