: This study was reviewed and approved by the Health Board and Agency Councils in the participating Navajo communities. This study also received community support from the Pokagon Band of Potowatami. This study was reviewed and approved by the Navajo Nation Human Subjects Research Review Board (NNHRRB ## NNR-23.463), and the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health Institutional Review Board (Current protocol version: #23017). Any protocol modifications are submitted as an amendment to relevant IRBs. Supervisors then inform study staff and conduct additional training as needed. If protocol modifications are significant, trial registries are updated. The study is overseen by Community Advisory Boards (CAB) and a Data Safety and Monitoring Board (DSMB).
