All procedures adhered to the principles outlined in the Declaration of Helsinki, national regulations, including the Mexican Federal Law on Personal Data Protection (MFLPDP), and institutional guidelines for clinical data management.The data used in this study were anonymized prior to analysis.Individuals attending Salud Digna clinics agree to the institution’s privacy policy, which includes the use of anonymized data for research purposes. Accordingly, the Institutional Review Board of Salud Digna waived the requirement for individual informed consent for this retrospective analysis of electronic health records, in accordance with the Mexican Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP) [ ] Data protection was ensured through the assignment of unique identification codes, safeguarding individual privacy and preventing duplication in subsequent analyses.
