: Ethical approval has been obtained from the Swedish Ethical Review Authority (Dnr: 2023-00525-01) and this study has also been pre-registered at a database for clinical studies ( ) with reference number: NCT05865782. The registration of the study was submitted before the recruitment of participants was initiated; however, it was first posted a short time after (enrolment of participants starting the 3rd of May, and registration first posted the 19th of May). Information about the project will be provided to the participants and written informed consent will be obtained from guardians of the participating children before enrollment in the study. The informed consent was available only in Swedish the first year but was later translated into English to offer both language options (additional file 6). All measures in the project are non-invasive and constitutes no potential harm and participating in the project has little impact on participants daily life.
