: This study was conducted in accordance with the ethical principles of the Declaration of Helsinki and complied with the National Institutes of Health (NIH) ethical standards for clinical research. This study was approved by the Ethical Committee of Azerbaijan Medical University and the Institutional Review Board (IRB) at the University of Chicago (IRB20-1018). Informed consent and assent procedures were conducted prior to the baseline assessments by research assistants, who were psychologists by training from the National Mental Health Center of Azerbaijan. Children completed the assent process separately from parents to avoid coercion.
