: Ethical approval was obtained from the Health Research Ethics Committee of Lagos University Teaching Hospital (HREC No: ADM/DCST/HREC/APP/5093). The study was conducted in accordance with the ethical principles outlined in the Declaration of Helsinki. Informed written consent was obtained by trained female research assistants experienced in working with FSWs, after participants were fully briefed on the study objectives, their right to withdraw at any time, and the potential benefits of contributing to evidence for targeted HIV prevention services. Confidentiality was maintained using serial identification numbers in place of personal identifiers. All data were securely stored with restricted access and were destroyed upon completion of the study. In-depth interviews were conducted in private settings to ensure participant privacy and confidentiality.
