: The Caeb Study followed the ethical principles outlined in Resolutions N°. 466/2012 and 510/2016 of the Brazilian National Health Council and was approved by the Research Ethics Committees for Human Subjects of the public universities involved in the study according to the numbers of the Certificate of Presentation for Ethical Review present in the supplementary file. Canteen managers who agreed to participate were included in the study upon providing informed consent, documented through the signing of a Free and Informed Consent Form (FICF).
