: The survey was part of the activities plan of the Regional Observatory for Epidemiology of Puglia Region, which approved the protocol of the study. Participation was voluntary. All participants signed written informed consent to participate in the survey using a form separate from the questionnaire, which remained strictly anonymous. The research was carried out in accordance with the Declaration of Helsinki. Because no identifiable personal data were collected, formal approval by an ethics committee was not required according to national regulations.
