: The study received ethical approval from the Research and Development Cell of Hiralal Mazumdar Memorial College for Women under Clause 13/2.C of the institution’s IPR policy (Approval No. EP/RDC/SRA/3/2021), in accordance with the Declaration of Helsinki. Written informed consent was obtained from the parents or legal guardians of all participants who were minors prior to enrollment. All data were anonymized and securely stored to ensure participant confidentiality.
