This study was approved by both the Dicle University Social and Human Sciences Ethics Committee (10.12.2023/613628) and the Ghana Health Service Ethics Review Committee (GHS-ERC 023/10/24-GA-050-3303-251134-25 March 2025). Also, written permission was obtained from all institutions where the study was conducted (02/07/2024-735252, 24/06/2024-728738, GR-076-0430, 3/06/2025). The purpose of the study was to provide participants with detailed explanations, and participation was voluntary. Written informed consent was obtained from the women who agreed to participate in the study.
