This study was approved by both the Dicle University Social and Human Sciences Ethics Committee (10.12.2023/613628) and the Ghana Health Service Ethics Review Committee (GHS-ERC 023/10/24-GA-050-3303-251134-25 March 2025). Also, written permission was obtained from all institutions where the study was conducted (02/07/2024-735252, 24/06/2024-728738, GR-076-0430, 3/06/2025).
