: Ethics approval was obtained from the Institutional Review Board of Central University, Accra (Protocol No. CUIRB/39/05/25), and the study was conducted in accordance with the principles of the Helsinki Declaration. Verbal informed consent was obtained from all participants prior to data collection. The consent script was read aloud in the participant's preferred language. For literate participants, verbal consent was documented by the interviewer. For non-literate participants, verbal consent was witnessed and documented with a thumbprint. This procedure was approved by the IRB (Protocol No. CUIRB/39/05/25). Confidentiality was ensured through anonymized data collection and secure storage using unique identification numbers and password-protected files.
