: The study protocol was reviewed and approved by the Internship Advisory Committee of the Institute of Agriculture and Animal Science (IAAS), Paklihawa Campus, Tribhuvan University, Nepal. This study was conducted in accordance with the Declaration of Helsinki. The study involved a retrospective analysis of de-identified data from the hospital’s routine anti-rabies vaccine register, collected as part of standard public health surveillance. The Internship Advisory Committee also waived the requirement for individual patient informed consent, as all data were fully anonymized prior to analysis and presented in aggregate, posing no risk to patient confidentiality.
