: This study received ethical approval from the National Ethics Committee for Clinical Trials under the Italian Ministry of Health (AOO-ISS – 04/07/2023–0031228). The study was conducted in accordance with the ethical principles of the Declaration of Helsinki. Written informed consent was obtained from all participants in the in-depth interviews and focus group discussions. For the survey component, informed consent was obtained electronically or orally prior to participation, depending on the mode of survey administration.
