: Ethics approval and consent: This study obtained ethics approval from the Institutional Review Board (IRB) of Texas Tech Health Sciences Center El Paso; study number E24053 was designated as exempt under Category 2 of 45 CFR 46.104(d), which covers research involving educational tests, survey procedures, interview procedures, or observation of public behavior. Prior to completing the survey, participants were provided a brief information statement describing the purpose of the project, what participation involved (completion of an anonymous survey taking approximately 5 min), that no identifiable information would be collected, and that they could decline to answer any question without penalty.
