: Ethical approval for this study was obtained from the Ethics Review Committee of the Postgraduate Institute of Colombo (ERC/PGIM/2024/126). The study was conducted in accordance with the principles of the Declaration of Helsinki. Written informed consent was obtained from all participants prior to data collection. Participant information sheets and consent forms were provided in English, Sinhala, and Tamil, and participants selected their preferred language. Participation was entirely voluntary, and participants were informed of their right to decline participation or withdraw at any time without penalty, including the option to skip any questions they did not wish to answer.
