: Ethical approval for the study was obtained from the Clinical Research Ethics Committee of Faculty of Medicine at Çukurova University. Before data were collected, official permission was obtained from the Adana Provincial Health Directorate (Date: 20.03.2025, number: E-11289099–050.04–271801283). Women were informed about the purpose of the study and their verbal and written informed consent was obtained. The principle of voluntariness was followed, and the women were informed that they could withdraw from the study at any time and that their personal information and responses would remain confidential.
