: The study used publicly available de-identified data that were requested from the DHS program. The survey used in this study has undergone ethical review by the institutional board of ICF. As documented by the DHS, proper procedures were observed to obtain informed consent. All participants were informed about the study purpose, process, potential risks/discomforts, benefits/compensation, confidentiality and voluntary nature of participation. All procedures involving human participants were conducted in accordance the ethical guidelines of the institutional research board and with the Declaration of Helsinki.
