: The study was approved by the Medical Ethics Committee of the Chengdu Municipal Centre for Disease Control and Prevention. Informed consent was waived by the Medical Ethics Committee/Institutional Review Board (IRB) of the Chengdu Municipal Centre for Disease Control and Prevention as the study only collected general information about the cases (e.g., date of onset of disease, age, gender) and did not collect identifying information about the patients, and therefore did not require informed consent from the parents or legal guardians of any participant under 16 years of age.
