: This study was completed as part of the Nutrition & Obesity programme at Public Health Wales which was responsible for delivery of the Children and Families Pilot (PIPYN). Researchers embedded in the Health Improvement Division with separate roles to the programme team at Public Health Wales held primary responsibility for the evaluation of the pilot including data collection, data analysis and interpretation of findings (AK, RE and SL).
